"We recently had a roaring noise develop in my wife’s Ford Escape. We took it to the local dealer, they diagnosed it as bad axles & a bearing. Thankfully it was a covered component on our DRC contract. They were wonderful to work with. Our Service Advisor said that Dealers Resource Ctr. was the best Svc contract company they had worked with, as of late. We would strongly recommend DRC & there coverage options..
