Heinz Insurance Group We became the Heinz Insurance Group in July 2020. Our unique approach is as unique as our customers. Our work and efforts are personal to us.

Through a variety of partnerships, we became the Heinz Insurance Group in July 2020. Our unique approach to insurance is as unique as our customers. We insure individuals, families and businesses and have long standing relationships with them. Our community involvement includes The Christmas Mother, John Tyler Community College Board work and Feed America. Our associates are encouraged to live their fullest expression and they do so through personal projects that range from teaching yoga to students with special needs and student mentorships at our local elementary school. In and outside of the office we remain for our community. If this were just an “insurance job”, anyone could do it.

Show us your dec pages. Really. Show us the whole thing.

Sometimes we receive declarations pages from someone shopping their insurance, only to find they’ve carefully blacked out what they’re currently paying.

Save yourself the Sharpie. 😊

Knowing your current premium does not change the rate we can offer you. The carrier’s rate is the rate, whether we know what you’re paying now or not.

What your dec pages do help us do is compare your coverage, limits and deductibles so we can make sure we’re giving you an apples-to-apples comparison.

And sometimes, after seeing what you have and what you’re paying, our advice may simply be: stay where you are. We’d rather give you good advice and try again in the future than move you just for the sake of moving you.

So show us your dec pages—premium and all. If we can find you better coverage, a better rate, or both, great. If we can’t, we’ll tell you that too.

Think we just insure homes and autos? Not even close.

One of the fun parts about being an independent insurance agency is that we never quite know what kind of risk is going to come through the door.
