I was 16 when I began my first job at a small city airport, answering phones and fueling small-engine aircraft. I learned three key takeaways: I had a flair for customer service, sky diving was not for me, and neither is for the faint of heart! Later, after graduating from college, I worked closely with the Director of an outstanding company. We effectively grew our customer base by 300% resulting

in long-term relationships and increased revenue that still has a residual impact today. I continue putting clients first and striving to increase productivity which reflects growth. This commitment is driven by a love for people and a desire for company growth and success.
