Day one of a debt relief program is quieter than people expect.

Most of the fear about enrolling is about what happens the moment you sign. The honest answer: not much. You talk to a specialist, you build a plan around what you can actually pay, and then it moves in an order you can see coming.

Deposits build in an account that stays yours. Our negotiators deal with your creditors. And nothing gets settled without your sign-off — every one is your call, one creditor at a time.

Swipe through for all four steps.

The reason minimum payments stretch out isn't the size of the balance. It's that most of each payment goes to interest, so the balance barely moves.
That's not a willpower problem. It's arithmetic.

Paying the minimum and watching the balance stay the same isn't a discipline problem. That's how the interest is structured.

The options:

Debt relief. We negotiate with your creditors to resolve the accounts for less than the full balance, so the number finally starts coming down. It takes time and it does affect your credit. If your balances have stopped moving, this is the one worth looking at first.

Consolidate into one loan. Lower interest, one payment. You'll need credit that's still in decent shape to get approved.

Pay it down aggressively. If you can free up the money every month. Most people asking this question can't.

Or keep doing what you're doing. The balance will look about the same next year as it does today.

You have $25,000 or more in credit card debt. The minimum payments are eating your paycheck and the balance isn't going down.
That's not a discipline problem. At 20%+ interest, the math is working against you.
We've helped over 375,000 people find real financial freedom.

Here's how it works:
1. Tell us what you owe. Takes about 5 minutes.
2. We show you what you'd pay and how long it takes.
3. You decide. No cost to find out.

There's no upfront fees, and you get one monthly payment.

Most people wait years before they make this call. You don't have to.

Back-to-school shopping doesn't have to feel overwhelming, even when the total adds up this fast.

Supplies, shoes, activity fees. The car repair. The vet. The thing that breaks in November. None of that is optional spending, and none of it means you did anything wrong.

The problem isn't August. It's what's still on the card in January.

Imagine knowing what happens to your credit before you agree to anything. The dip while accounts resolve, and the recovery after.

That's what Jan got. Not a sales pitch. Just an advisor who walked her through both parts, so she could make the call herself.

HEC or HELOC? They both let you tap into your home's equity, but how they work is completely different. One is a loan you pay back over time, with interest and a monthly payment. The other gives you cash now in exchange for a share of your home's future value. Which one fits really depends on your credit, your budget, and how you'd rather handle repayment down the line. Swipe through for a simple side-by-side to see how a Home Equity Cashout works.

Everyone's got a method, or a "I'll deal with it later" energy, and honestly both are valid starting points.

Two of the most common debt payoff strategies:

❄️ The snowball: knock out your smallest balance first for quick wins and momentum.
🏔️ The avalanche: target your highest interest rate first to save the most over time.

Neither is "right," it really depends on whether you're motivated more by quick wins or long-term math.

So which camp are you in?
