Meet Ashley T., Director of Payments and Digital Services. She started with Argent in March 2000 as a part-time teller still in high school and over the last 26 years has held roles such as Financial Services Specialist, Payroll Specialist, Electronic Services Specialist II, and Electronic Services Manager.

“I am a problem solver. I enjoy working through situations and finding resolutions that help not only members, but co-workers as well,” Ashley says.

In her spare time, she enjoys camping with her husband.⛺️ They have two children, including a grown son.

BANK AND FINANCIAL SCAM ALERT: Cybercriminals want your personal information so they can tap into your bank accounts and steal your money. Sometimes the fraud starts with a fake text or phone call where the criminal poses as a bank employee, fraud department agent, or government official. They may claim there is suspicious activity in your account or that you need to pay a late fee to the financial organization.

TO PROTECT YOURSELF: Never give out any personal information like your account number, PIN number, or date of birth. Instead, call the bank or credit union directly and ask if the request was legitimate. You should also beware if they are telling you to act quickly or won’t give you any specific information, it’s a scam.

BEST COURSE OF ACTION: Hang up or delete and block the call or text. If you’re still concerned, contact your financial organization.
