Kathleen has been part of the COVA team for a little while, but with our updated team photos, we thought it was the perfect time to give her a proper introduction.

Kathleen is our Benefits Administrator, which means she helps businesses and their employees navigate the world of benefits. From health insurance and employee enrollment to answering questions and helping keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes, she's there to make what can feel like a complicated process a whole lot easier.

Today we're celebrating all of the dads on our team and the hard work, guidance, and dedication they bring both at home and in the office.

One thing that makes our team especially unique is that we have a father-and-son duo right here at COVA. Did you know that our owner, Landon, and his son, Skylar, get to work side by side. It's such a special work environment that not many people get to experience.

🏆 Big congratulations to Andy on an incredible month! 🏆

In May, Andy earned the title of our top-producing sales leader, which also meant he took custody of the infamous COVA championship belt for the month. 💪

But the wins didn’t stop at the office. Andy and his beach flag football team, the SandSpeed Hustlers, recently brought home the championship at the USBFFA 2026 Beach Bash in Virginia Beach. 🏈☀️

What makes it even more special is that SandSpeed is one of our clients. We've enjoyed watching them help athletes train, compete, and reach their goals both on and off the sand.
