Today was harvest day for my Sweet Potatoes!! I planted them back in June and really had no idea if they would grow at all. It all happens under the soil so I just had to trust it was going well.
Today we found out just how well they had been growing!! Some of these potatoes are over 1.5 pounds!! 🤯

I started with 1 grocery store sweet potato and made my own slips from there. Each slip produced 3-4 more potatoes. This was such a fun food to grow & I’ll definitely be planting more next year 🍠 ☀️

🍂 Fall & Winter Clothing Drive ❄️

Our Fall & Winter Clothing Drive will be held on October 7, 2026, from 12:00 PM to 7:00 PM.

We are accepting clean, gently used fall and winter clothing for children, teens, and adults.

We are especially in need of:

Children’s and youth clothing

Teen and young adult clothing

Men’s and women’s clothing in S–XL

A limited amount of 2XL or Larger

Current, everyday fall and winter styles

Coats, jackets, sweaters, sweatshirts, pants, and other warm clothing

Please help us meet the needs of the individuals and families currently staying at our shelter by donating clothing in these sizes and categories.
