I am thrilled to announce that these conventional buyers have officially secured their forever home. While the property is still intact, it requires major renovations to reach its full potential; however, the strategy has already paid off—the home appraised for $275,000 above the purchase price.

From mortgages to mountains, Sydney Comisky-Martinez knows a thing or two about taking on big goals. 🏡⛰️

Since 2017, Sydney has been helping homebuyers navigate their financing options, with a particular focus on VA loans and investment properties.

But her experience doesn’t stop at mortgages. Before becoming a mortgage broker, Sydney owned a gym and worked in real estate listing foreclosure properties, giving her a unique perspective on real estate, business, and the homebuying process.

And when we say she likes a challenge, we mean it. Sydney climbed Mt. Kilimanjaro in 2021, enjoys surfing and diving, and is currently pursuing her JD with the goal of becoming a licensed VA attorney.

When she’s not working, studying, or chasing her next adventure, she loves spending time with her husband and their four children.
