**Community Ablaze at Fenner Gardens Apartments: A Night to Remember!**

This month, we were thrilled to host a special Community Ablaze event at Fenner Gardens Apartments. It was an unforgettable evening filled with worship, delicious food, and a strong sense of community and hope.

We extend our heartfelt thanks to Mike and Donna Harris, the owners/operators of the Fenner Property, along with their remarkable team, for making this event possible. Their dedication and effort in organizing Community Ablaze truly brought something special to the residents and the wider community.

The event was more than just a gathering; it served as a beautiful reminder of the importance of building relationships and strengthening our community ties. We believe that where we live is not just a property but a place we call home.

We had a fantastic July Cookout at Aden Park and Ebbetts Plaza! Our Apartment Life team had a blast celebrating with our wonderful residents.

It was a perfect day for good food—think juicy hamburgers, hot dogs, refreshing drinks, and yummy popsicles! But the fun didn't stop there! From board games like UNO and Connect Four to activities like Twister, coloring, and our giant parachute game, there was something for everyone. The bubble station was definitely a hit, bringing smiles and laughter to kids and adults alike!

One of the highlights? Welcoming a resident who had never attended an event before! She and her family (plus their adorable dog!) joined in, sharing that having lived here for four years, she thought the event was wonderful. It felt great connecting with her and making her feel part of our community!

A special shoutout to one of our residents who took the initiative to capture the evening in photos, surprising everyone with printed pictures in cute frames! What a thoughtful way to make the event even more memorable!

Overall, it was a night full of laughter, food, and new friendships. We're so grateful for the chance to create such welcoming spaces for our residents. Here's to many more fun moments together!

Lemonade Stand Fun at Echo Mountain!

What a fantastic way to beat the heat! Our Apartment Life Lemonade Stand was a hit on this hot summer afternoon. Residents had a blast enjoying our lemonade bar, along with a variety of cold sodas and tasty popsicles.

We loved catching up with awesome neighbors who stopped by to share laughs and indulge in delicious treats together. It was a simple yet memorable afternoon, and it truly helped bring our community closer. Can't wait for the next event!

Summer Reading Kickoff at Aden Park and Ebbetts Plaza!

Residents joined our Apartment Life team for a fun-filled literacy event, where everyone enjoyed free books, personalized bookmarks, and yummy snacks. One of the biggest hits was the "Blind Date with a Book" activity, featuring mystery-wrapped books that added an exciting element of surprise!

The energy was contagious, especially with the kids lighting up the day. One young resident shared, "I'm so glad we get to do this!" while another even skipped a beach trip to join the fun.

All in all, it was a beautiful celebration of reading, creativity, and the wonderful connections within our community. A big thank you to everyone who participated!

What a wonderful afternoon we shared at the Field of Hope at Fenner Gardens Apartments! Our Apartment Life team was over the moon to welcome residents and staff to a vibrant Father's Day celebration filled with fun, friendship, and strong community ties.

To make the day even more special, we presented the fathers in attendance with a meaningful gift as a heartfelt thank you for the vital roles they play in their families and our community. The smiles we saw on their faces were truly rewarding!

The kids had an absolute blast on the waterslide, chasing bubbles through the air, and enjoying the open space to play. Even some adventurous adults couldn't resist joining in on the fun! This past week, our Apartment Life team hosted two fantastic Taco Nights!

On Friday, we enjoyed a beautiful afternoon at Crystal Chase, soaking up the sun, relishing delicious tacos, and sipping refreshing drinks. It was a joy to connect with one resident for the first time, creating a relaxed atmosphere filled with laughter and meaningful conversations. What a great way to socialize and appreciate the gorgeous weather together!

Despite some unexpected rain, our Taco Night at Echo Mountain was still a hit with residents! We swiftly moved indoors and continued the fun, welcoming two new faces to our community. Everyone enjoyed tasty tacos and plenty of chatter, with laughter filling the air. To top it off, both families left with some delicious leftovers to enjoy later!

Mother’s Day Breakfast at Fenner Gardens

We had a heartwarming morning! Our Apartment Life team spread extra kindness and encouragement to some wonderful individuals. Many residents shared that they didn’t have big plans this year because their families are far away, while others had partners away at sea. We even had a few new dads stop by to pick up treats for their wives, allowing the new moms to relax and feel celebrated. The little ones joined in too, making the morning feel complete!

The raffle was a fantastic success, and we were thrilled to present a large basket of goodies to one lucky resident. Her joy upon winning was absolutely priceless!

We also reconnected with a long-time resident who expressed how much she loves seeing our community come together. Hearing her gratitude for our efforts reminded us why we host these events—it’s all about making everyone feel at home!

Planting Party at Aden Park and Ebbetts Plaza!

We had a fantastic time at our recent Apartment Life event at Aden & Ebbetts! Residents planted seeds and took home their very own sprouted plants. One dad even joined in, planting seeds in pots!

A special shoutout to a resident who brought her dog along, excited to take home a plant because "plants help clean the air and I am trying to create a non-toxic environment for my dog."

It was great to see some new faces! One family that moved in last month loved the event, and another recent arrival said, "this was great!" and looks forward to future gatherings.

The kids had a blast, especially with the water bottles for the seeds—some ended up a bit soaked! For those who couldn’t attend, we saved some leftover plants and snacks for them.

Thanks to everyone who joined us and made this event memorable! We can't wait for the next one!

Fenner Easter Egg Hunt & Cookout

This month, we enjoyed a beautiful day of community, connection, and joy at Fenner Gardens! Our Apartment Life coordinator worked hard to bring everyone together for a fun cookout, complete with hot dogs and chips, providing the perfect backdrop for laughter and togetherness. The kids had a fantastic time hunting for Easter eggs and choosing their prizes—seeing their excited faces was truly a highlight!

One unforgettable moment occurred during the egg hunt when a generous stranger in a truck turned around to surprise a lucky little girl with a nearly brand-new pink bicycle. His granddaughter had outgrown it, and he had been praying for someone to bless. Upon seeing her, he felt inspired that she was meant to receive it. What a wonderful act of kindness and generosity!

This event was more than just about eggs and food; it served as a powerful reminder of God’s personal love for each of us. Just like that bicycle meant the world to that little girl, every act of kindness reflects how deeply we matter to Him.

What a perfect way to celebrate the resurrection of Jesus—through love, community, prayer, and the connections that draw us closer to one another and to God. A heartfelt thank you to everyone who joined us!
