Multifamily properties are probably the most stable investment there is!

Many folks ask me how apartments have done since Covid-19...remember all of the fear around rent strikes, eviction moratoriums, and such???

The apartment sector has performed very well during these past 3 months. Despite Covid-19, eviction moratoriums, etc, it remains a healthy way to invest your money.
