Our Customers Matter:

Today we helped a customer save thousands of dollars on their homeowners insurance. That is great news, and we are thankful we were able to help them put money back in their pocket.

But what we are even more proud of is this…

Our goal is not to win your business today and leave you disappointed tomorrow. Our goal is to earn your trust by making sure you understand what you have, why you have it, and that it will be there when you need it most.

Recently, we have reviewed policies that looked great because of the price, but unfortunately had coverage gaps that could create major problems after a claim.

Because the truth is… why pay for something you believe is protecting you, only to find out after a loss that it wasn't what you thought it was?

We believe integrity means putting our customers' best interest first—even when it means having a difficult conversation, explaining why the cheapest option may not always be the right option, or taking the extra time to make sure you truly understand your coverage.

🏡 Perks of Working From Home – #1

After working from my temporary office (also known as the kitchen table 😂), I've discovered there are definitely a few perks.

The biggest one? I get to spend a little more time with this beautiful lady. ❤️

Now... she can be a bit of a taskmaster, making sure I don't get too comfortable. 🤫😂 (Please don't tell her I said that!)

All jokes aside, I'm thankful for the extra time together while we get ready for our next office. We can't wait to welcome everyone into our new location soon!

🥹🏡 Today was a bittersweet day for RT 66 Insurance.

As we packed up our longtime office, we couldn't help but smile thinking about all the amazing memories made within these walls—helping families, building friendships, celebrating milestones, and serving the Chelsea community we love so much. ❤️

While it's hard to close this chapter, we're also incredibly excited for what’s ahead! 🎉 We're not going anywhere! We’re here, serving our clients remotely, and we can’t wait to welcome everyone into our new office soon.

A new location means new memories, new opportunities, and new ways to continue serving this amazing community. We’re so thankful for the journey so far and excited to see what God has planned for the next chapter.

Good News! We are back in the office. It's a bit messy, but we are so glad to be back!
