We provide quality nutrition counseling that goes beyond just making you look better in front of the mirror, but also supports all aspects of how the body functions optimally in life and how you feel. We understand that you have many choices for fitness, but you come to CrossFit110 for results and we strive to deliver the best results in the industry; physically, mentally, and nutritionally. Forming strong relationships with others in the box is one of the most important parts of why CrossFit is so successful. It’s almost here, the CF110 Back On Track Nutrition Challenge!

Starting September 1st, this habits based challenge will run for four weeks and help you to get (or stay) on track towards whatever your health and fitness goals currently are! Below is a quick synopsis and full details will be shared at our kick off meeting.

Each week will have a main focus for you to work on. We will have a points based system for you to track the goals you complete each day and week, which is where our weekly and overall winners will come from. Points will come from stuff like did you workout today, drink enough water, have servings of fruits/veggies, etc.

With this challenge you will get accountability, nutrition tips, and momentum to keep working towards living a healthier and happier life. Message Emily or Kim if you are interested, and for information on pricing! We’re looking forward to working with everyone!

CF110 August challenge has a specific movement and # of reps prescribed each day, starting this Sunday August 4th. Each day you complete the daily movement, write your initials in the box (white board will be up front). All movements must be completed the day they are assigned. Screenshot slides 2 and 3 to have the workouts on hand. You may complete these in the gym or at home and they can be broken into multiple sets. Good luck!!! 💪🏻

Our beloved leader will have a new battle over the coming months, so if you don't see her around as much, that is why. Kim was diagnosed with breast cancer and will be having surgery next week. Fear not, she will be back offering her, as she calls it, "imperfect love and light" as soon as she can. Let's wish her good luck! Stay strong,
