Big changes are coming to the way appraisals are done in our industry, so we were honored to have two of the best in the business come to speak to our realtor referral partners about what to expect. It will impact both buyers and sellers, so we are immensely grateful for Wells Eady and Oby Brewer for volunteering their time today and for our agent partners for showing up to stay informed for their clients!

President's Club 2026 trip is a wrap!

Thanks to UHM, we had the privilege of spending 4 days at the beautiful Montage Palmetto Bluff. The slow, low country vibe was exactly what these parents of four needed.

It’s hard to explain how inspiring it is to spend time with some of the best minds in our industry, get to know them personally, and realize they’re also just genuinely wonderful humans. I’m constantly inspired by the leaders in this company to keep getting better...both professionally and personally.

I truly feel like I've found my home.

I'm ELATED to announce the newest member of our team, Hannah Wharton!

We've had the privilege of helping Hannah buy two different homes over the years, which gave us the chance to get to know her personally — and ultimately gave me the opportunity to see what an absolute rock star she is.

This is what you feel like when you get 100% financing via a USDA loan! We have PLENTY of homes in our area that qualify for this type of financing, you don't have to be a first time homebuyer. These folks were though, and we're beyond excited for them!
