This is what you feel like when you get 100% financing via a USDA loan! We have PLENTY of homes in our area that qualify for this type of financing, you don't have to be a first time homebuyer. These folks were though, and we're beyond excited for them!

They couldn't stop raving about their agent Nate Hayslette, he went above and beyond to find the perfect property for them and negotiate everything they needed to move in confidently!

Some first-time buyers find that they want to start out with a brand new bathroom in their home and we must obviously oblige! Kudos to Bonnie and Jonathan for getting creative and finding a way to make the home that's a perfect layout in a perfect location for them also have a perfect bathroom using our 203k renovation loan :)

There's a lot I could say about 2025, it was a career year by all metrics. The most important metric to me every year is this one! Homeownership changed my life, helping others make the jump is our greatest joy in our work.
