There is just something exciting about seeing a house restored and put back into the affordable housing market! 90% of what we purchase are considered "distressed properties" and often at municipal auctions. We buy at a fraction of retail value- that way, we pass our savings on to our investors and our buyers! You know that ugly, deserted house "in town" that people ignore? We LOVE those!
