This month, we’re spotlighting Aaron Larson, Senior Account Manager at Reliance Partners! Aaron is a valued member of our Service team who brings a welcoming attitude, positive energy, and plenty of fun to the office. He’s always willing to lend a hand and is the kind of teammate who makes coming to work a little more enjoyable.

🟢Q1: What originally brought you to Reliance Partners and how long have you been a part of the team?
A close friend had been telling me for months that I needed to be working here, and that I would love it. I finally submitted my resume after a lot poking from my friend, then interviewed with Stephen Copeland (the GOAT). Stephen and the onboarding team set my expectations for Reliance super high, and I haven’t been let down. Just hit my 4-year anniversary and I am not looking back!
🟢Q2: What is one fun fact about yourself that your colleagues might not know?
I run an eBay store where I sell thrifted cups, mugs and stuff (other cool glassware or containers) and soon to have a vintage booth too! It all started as a joke about a year ago, but quickly got out of hand…
🟢Q3: What is your go-to snack or beverage throughout the workday?
Lately, my go-to snack has been peanut butter M&Ms. (Mars Inc., if you are listening, I am open to a sponsorship!)
🟢Q4: What are some items on your desk that you couldn't work without?
Post-it notes! I am keeping the Post-it note industry afloat. Well… except I do use the same Post-it note until there isn’t any room left on it, so maybe I am not their ideal customer.
🟢Q5: If you could have a superpower that only works in the office, what would it be and how would you use it?
My personal mantra is to always try help as many people as I can (both in life and at work), but sometimes it is hard to give my attention to everyone. Therefore, the ability to be able to listen to multiple people at once would go a long way.
