We are excited to welcome Evan Kennedy & Taylor Pittman to our team!

Evan joins the team as a client executive. He graduated from Gordon Lee High School and attended Dalton State College. Evan is a native to North Georgia and the Chattanooga area. He and his wife Alex reside in Ringgold, along with their son Luke and two dogs. Evan enjoys serving at his church, spending time with family and friends, playing golf, and traveling.

Taylor joins the team as an administrative assistant. She is passionate about helping others in any way she can! Originally from Alabama, Taylor has always loved the Chattanooga area and now lives here with her husband, Justin, and their pets. Her favorite activities include road trips with her sister, concerts, family time and watching her step-son, Jasper, play any kind of ball!

Our team is pleased to welcome Aleesha Lowe as a life insurance advisor. Born in Iowa, this Midwest girl has found a love for the south and is now settled in Chattanooga with her husband and two children. She loves serving others and is committed to helping you find a policy that will best suit the needs of your family or business. Aleesha enjoys cleaning, organizing, lifting weights, and spending time outdoors with her family and friends.

We are excited to have Aleesha on board and look forward to working with her.

Our team is excited to welcome Charlotte Richardson as client executive. She graduated from Union University with her degree in Social Work and moved to Chattanooga in the summer of 2021. As a client executive at Valor, Charlotte is excited about serving individuals and businesses in the Chattanooga area. In her free time, she enjoys being active, trying new restaurants, traveling, and art.

We are excited to have Charlotte on board and look forward to working with her. As we welcome Charlotte to our company, we wish her all the best in her new position.

The Jaxton Whited Memorial Fund has been established at The Generosity Trust to respond to the outpouring of community support for Cara and Montague Hicks and their family. Responsibilities
The primary function of this position is to serve our existing client base and support the sales team on new accounts. The specific duties may include but are not limited to:

Verify new policies and renewal policies for accuracy
Process all applications, renewals, endorsements and claims for clients
Re-quoting existing accounts with multiple carriers
Review existing coverage and recommend changes when necessary to clients
Call and communicate with clients regularly about billing, policy changes, and general insurance questions
Filing insurance claims
Specific Skills Required

Strong work ethic with a reliable attendance
Proficient use of basic computer applications; Microsoft Office
Willingness to learn productivity platforms; HubSpot, Salesforce
Strong attention to detail, time management and decision-making skills
Must be comfortable working and adapting in a fast-paced environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Analytical abilities and critical thinking skills
Ability to execute and deliver on all tasks assigned while meeting deadlines and expectations
Prior Work Experience
Prior experience in insurance is preferred, but not a requirement

Licensing Requirements

Ability to obtain Property and Casualty Licenses within first 90 days of employment
