Before filing a claim, call our office to discuss your options. We will walk you through, step by step, on how to handle this.

Ps. We’ve had a little bit of experience in this area, and our team is READY to go.

Notes to follow:

- Know where your storm shelter area is
- Keep nonperishables in that storm shelter area
- Mitigate damage the best you can
- Take LOTS of pictures of any and all damages

And finally:

*** Do NOT sign a repair contract from anyone before talking with our office or your insurance agent first ***

There will be plenty of fly-by-night companies out there trying to earn a buck on your hard situation. We will guide you through the process when you call us to make sure that doesn't happen.
