🚗 NC Insurance Update! 🚗

Big changes are coming to NC auto insurance starting July 1, 2025! Here’s what you need to know:

📌 Higher Minimum Liability Limits
- Bodily Injury: $50K per person / $100K per accident
- Property Damage: $50K per accident

📌 Uninsured & Underinsured Motorist Coverage now required on all policies.

📌 Inexperienced Drivers
New drivers’ "inexperience period" will increase from 3 to 8 years (starting after 7/1/25).

📌 Major Convictions will impact rates for 5 years instead of 3.

📌 Prayer for Judgement Continued (PJC) stays surcharge-free unless used twice within 5 years (previously 3).
