A little learning, a little friendly competition, and a lot of team bonding! 💙⛳

This past Monday, our Nova team came together for an all-employee Team Building Day!

We started the morning at our Kannapolis office with an ALICE (Asset Limited, Income Constrained, Employed) poverty simulation, giving us a better understanding of the financial challenges many working families face.

Afterward, we headed over to PuttHaus for some mini golf and time together outside the office! ⛳ It was a great day of learning, connecting, and having some fun as a team! 🌟
