Kim joined Mark III in June 2024 and brings more than 30 years of leadership experience serving large and mid-sized school districts. She holds a Ph.D. in Leadership and Policy from Georgia State University and has dedicated her career to strengthening organizations through strategic leadership, professional learning, and human resources excellence.

Her expertise in organizational development and operational effectiveness will be invaluable as we continue investing in our people, processes, and commitment to serving those who serve all.
