Great news! Deephaven Mortgage's HELOC now allows condos including non-warrantable condos making it even more flexible. Have you recently turned down a client due to a condo being deemed non-warrantable? Reach out to them again to let them know you have found another option.

Let your clients who have closed a condo purchase with you in the past know that you can help them with a HELOC.

Along with warrantable and non-warrantable condos our HELOC allows:
-Loan amounts up to $1 million for first and second liens
-LLC vesting for investment properties
-Co-borrowers
-Primary, second homes, and investment properties
-12 months personal or business bank statements for self-employed
