-Added Hawaii, excluding Hawai’i Island
-Borrowers on the 2nd lien are not required to be on the 1st lien
-Removed 90 day restriction on additional draws

Perm Financing for New Construction:
-Updated seasoning from 12 months to 6 months for homes owned less than 12 months

DSCR:
-First-time homebuyers not eligible; however, if there are two or more borrowers and at least one is not a first-time homebuyer, the loan is eligible
-Lowered LTV’s for DSCR to 75% for all loan amounts under $125,000
