Can't count the number of asks of us. Worked real time with my husband on loan and market interest rates. From the day )a weekend) we were thinking of putting in an offer until the keys were in our hands Cher was available and 2 steps ahead of us after hours if need guiding us so nothing slipped through the cracks and we were protected and prepared. The next 3wks with all the turmoil of an unanticpated septic repair she was available and worked closely with my husband on all fronts (closing, rates, changes) that required multiple daily communications at time.
