Ray Shanahan has worked in the financial industry for over twenty five years. For the last twelve years he has been dedicated to mortgage banking and has witnessed the ever-changing real estate market, while continuing to help his customers navigate through the mortgage process.

Having moved several times, and a homeowner himself, Ray understands the significance of purchasing a home. He also understands the urgency that can sometimes be necessary when looking to purchase a home, so he makes himself available to work with you seven days a week.

He has the knowledge to help structure a mortgage that will best suit you and your family’s needs in an honest and professional manner. Ray has the experience, market awareness and dedication to help you obtain financing for your next real estate transaction.

Ray and his family live in Union County, North Carolina, which is about 18 miles outside the wonderful city of Charlotte. He has been married for twenty years and is the proud father of two children (one in high school, one college freshmen). He is also a decorated veteran of the United States Army.
