We've got the new lattice skirting up, the wooden deck stairs secured, and we are dialing in the final exterior touches to get this place 100% ready to go. We even have a soccer net set up out back—this yard is going to make a fantastic space for a family! ⚽️🏃♂️

We are in the thick of it today, completely gutting this property right down to the bare studs. As you can see, we're ripping out the old walls, exposing the framing and electrical, and clearing out all the debris to give ourselves a completely clean slate. It takes a lot of vision—and a ton of hard work—to look at a mess like this and see the potential, but this is exactly where the magic happens. We have to tear out the old before we can bring in the new!

We've already smoothed out the surface and are prepping to drop a 300-foot waste line to get this property 100% ready to go.

Let’s talk numbers on this project:

Acquisition Cost: Only $10,000 for the house, the lot, and the "beautiful" barn! 🤯

Rehab & Labor: $25,000 to cover roofing, rehab, and HVAC installation.

The Result: A gorgeous 3-bedroom, 2-bath main property plus an ADU and RV space, already on the market for rent! 🏡✨
