QC Capital has officially closed on the acquisition of Packard Drive in Mooresville, North Carolina, adding a fourth operating property to the fund's growing portfolio.

The 100% occupied, income-producing asset strengthens our presence in the Charlotte MSA and reflects our continued focus on acquiring high-quality flex industrial properties with strong long-term fundamentals.

With the acquisition complete, our team is focused on integrating the property into the Flex Workx operating platform and continuing to execute on the fund's growth strategy.
