He made sure I was comfortable each step of the way. The day before we should have closed he had everything lined up for closing and we were just waiting for the final appraisal to come in, so he went ahead and took his scheduled PTO. With no fault at all from him, his back up didn't seem to be on the same page and did not extend me the same courtesy of service and the lack of communication kept me in the dark.

My closing kept getting pushed each day and promises were made seemly without consent from the management that would be compensating for these promises and closing ended up being a week later than expected, putting us in a bit of a bind. Now I can only hope that upper management can get to the bottom of the true hold up and make sure no one has these same issues for future clients.

Thank you to Mark Eguia for making my home buying experience truly pleasurable and making me feel like a welcomed client.
