Three sisters reached out to us about their 57-year-old brother, who was in the hospital. With their parents now 87 and 89, the family was facing conversations that had been put off for decades.

They had always assumed a plan was in place. There was an attorney. A financial advisor. Surely, someone had helped their parents prepare for the future.

But no one had.

There was no Special Needs Trust. No shared vision for their brother's future. And most importantly, no one had ever asked him what he wanted his life to look like.

When planning is delayed too long, families can lose the ability to make choices. Instead, decisions become driven by what's available rather than what's best for their loved one.

Our team traded the office for a little friendly competition at Tipsy Pickle! Between a few rounds on the golf simulator, plenty of laughs, and some questionable golf skills, it was a great opportunity to spend time together outside of the office!
