As a mortgage professional, I have the privilege of helping families achieve homeownership, and one thing I've learned is that a home is about so much more than four walls. It's where dads teach bike riding in the driveway, cheer from the sidelines, help with homework at the kitchen table, and create memories that last a lifetime.

A DSCR loan is a type of Non-QM financing that allows investors to qualify based on the property's cash flow rather than their personal income.
