This purchase was wild. These buyers asked Jeremy George to put them on a house search, and said they would like to move within the year. They visited a house directly behind their current home in Tega Cay. They loved it and wanted to place an offer. While they were on a two week vacation in Italy, their offer was accepted, and we had to make moves quickly. These clients were so amazing to get me all of the necessary paperwork, although difficult on their part, they were responsive in helping me move their loan through the lending process. Closing day for this adorable family of five! It was an exciting time for everyone, as heads were bumped, Cheetos were painted evenly, laughs were had, and most importantly, closing documents were signed!
