These super sweet buyers, from New Mexico, just closed on 25 acres in Clover, SC. They have big plans, including moving their daughter and her husband to the “compound!” When I asked them what they thought of South Carolina, their response was “beautiful, green and humid!” They’ve been here for less than 24 hours and love it already! This was only the second time I can remember that a borrower has given me a gift. Pistachios from New Mexico! So stinking thoughtful! And a huge shout out to Kathy Irish McMahon for referring me.
