From tailored tuxedos and gowns to textures, layered details, vibrant colors and fabrics that demanded a second look, the Stellar Awards brought faith, style and a whole lot of personality to Charlotte.

Because when the occasion is Stellar, “just something to wear” simply won’t do.

Just a few of the looks I spotted… because clearly, praise wasn’t the only thing being served.

Last night was one for the books.

Honored and incredibly grateful to celebrate winning ILEA Charlotte Crown Jewel Award for Best Overall Nonprofit Event for the Urban League of Central Carolinas Enchanted Garden Gala.

Moments like these remind me why I love what I do. Every late night, every detail, every challenge, and every creative idea was worth it to create an experience.

A heartfelt thank you to our amazing client, talented vendor partners, dedicated team, and everyone who trusted the vision and helped bring this event to life. This recognition belongs to all of us.

Sunday reflection... culture was outside all week.

The B.O.S.S. Conference understood the assignment along with ... energy, connections, culture, and opportunity. And making it even sweeter? Celebrating 10 years with the National Institute. A whole decade. Whew.

Love the rooms that still inspire, the people who pour into you, and the reminder that showing up matters. New week, same elevated energy.
