Sunday reflection... culture was outside all week.

The B.O.S.S. Conference understood the assignment along with ... energy, connections, culture, and opportunity. And making it even sweeter? Celebrating 10 years with the National Institute. A whole decade. Whew.

Love the rooms that still inspire, the people who pour into you, and the reminder that showing up matters. New week, same elevated energy.

and then spot the person you’ve been emailing with too… yeah, that’s when you know you were exactly where you were supposed to be.

Some rooms just confirm the assignment. Good energy, familiar faces, meaningful connections, and conversations that make you glad you showed up.

Because sometimes alignment looks like walking into the right room at the right time.

Throwback Thursday to when brought us back to The Menzah for the second year but new site ...a whole experience created to celebrate event planners the right way.

This time, we were not behind the scenes… we were the guests.

Cowboy theme, styled with intention and a little edge...because when planners step in the spotlight, it’s never basic. We don’t just create the moment… this time, we were the moment.

The looks. The details. The energy.
Unmatched.

And a special, heartfelt thank you for even thinking of us and taking it a step further with a THEME SONG?!(included a snippet) Sir… I’ve been playing it like it’s on the charts 😂 on repeat, in the car, in the house… probably about to walk into my next event to it like it’s my entrance music.

Serving looks AND logistics at the pimento cheese festival.... because even when I am off the clock, I’m still thinking like an event planner. 😉

Pro Tips for Festival Season:
• Arrive early = better parking, shorter lines, best experience
• Wear cute but COMFORTABLE shoes (this is not the time to suffer 😩)
• Hydrate in between bites (trust me on this one)
• Scope the layout first before committing to long lines
• Bring a small bag...hands free = stress free
• Always leave room for the unexpected favorite...yes, pimento cheese ice cream was on deck

First time trying … babyyyy, this is a whole experience! Stop by and see for yourself....and show some love to this young, motivated entrepreneur who just opened her doors. She needs our support!

I was NOT prepared for how good this is!! Smooth, rich, naturally sweet… like a hidden gem you didn’t know you needed on a cold night.

If you haven’t tried palm berries yet...this is your sign. RUN, don’t walk. It’s giving healthy indulgence and I’m here for it.

10/10… will definitely be in my rotation.

On this Throwback Thursday I have to say some events stay with you long after the lights go down… and this one was truly unforgettable.

Taking it back to the incredible Carolinas celebration where orange became the color of the moment. From the first detail to the final premiere, this experience was layered with creativity, collaboration, and Carolina pride.

The journey began with a curated reception at , welcoming media, partners, and special guests into an atmosphere that set the tone for the experience.

From a room thoughtfully set to connect with the media, to creating an intimate space for the judges to take a quick break, enjoy great food, and reset before the premiere.

And then the grand moment that CRVA had been working on over a year… the Season 23 Premiere..showcased , where the Carolinas took center stage. Seeing the vision come together across multiple experiences throughout the city was nothing short of special.

This reminded me why I love what I do. Opportunities like this don’t just showcase an event...they showcase a region, a culture, and the incredible talent that lives here.

Grateful for the chance to help bring this experience to life in the Carolinas.
