I had a lady call and ask me to come out and buy her house. I went out to meet her and she was working in her office trying to get ready to move. The cats (don’t know how many) had the run of the place and I never saw the litter box. She showed me the house barefoot. I made the purchase based on her house keeping skills. Yes, she lived there until close.
