We began looking for a home in early 2025, but we had some work to do before we could qualify for the right program. Joel was there every step of the way, answering all of our questions—even on the weekends.
To be honest, he is the main reason we didn't give up on our dream. When our credit issues got tough, everyone else stopped calling us, including our realtor. But not Joel.
