Seller concessions are when the seller agrees to pay part of the buyer's closing costs. These concessions allow a borrower to pay less at closing to make buying a home more affordable. Seller concessions can be beneficial to both the buyer and seller as they get what they need out of the home buying/selling process in today's market.
