Hi there! I’m Emily Costin, your friendly Mortgage Banker from Mullinix Mortgage Group in Wilmington!

A bit about me: My career began in the wild world of real estate during my college yrs at UNC-Wilmington. I fell head over heels with the idea of being involved when clients make one of life’s biggest decisions—buying a home. Fast forward 4 years to 2009, I was recruited into the mortgage world. Leveraging my real estate expertise, I contributed to a top-producing mortgage team by providing repeat referrals throughout my almost 15 yrs experience in loan processing. And for that, I’m grateful.

I am beyond excited to join forces with Mullinix Mortgage Group as a Licensed Mortgage Banker and to ensure that my clients are in the most comfortable and advantageous position to suit their mortgage needs . 🏡✨
