One of the most common things I hear: ‘I don’t have enough saved for a down payment.’

Here’s what I want every homebuyer to know: Cardinal Elite* pairs an FHA first mortgage with up to 3.5% or 5% in down payment assistance. Assistance can apply to your down payment, closing costs, or prepaids.
