Over the years there are certainly clients and loans I wont forget. This one as a loan officer is one of those.
I want to brag immensely on my operations team at Rapid Mortgage. When I tell you they are amazing they truly are the best in the business. They are positive, kind, hard working, and always ready to support. Often we receive save a deals but this was a CONDO meant to close in under 48 hrs. I said let me do the research first and follow up. Condo team, my insurance broker, my sales support/niche manager returned their stamp of approval on the solution and said go ahead. 8 Days we closed this purchase. When you have a team of professionals who like what they do and realize the trust a client puts in us you go further on every deal and ensure it’s smooth even when there are obstacles. Thank you Denise for reaching out and believing I could close this for you 🫶🏼. I do enjoy saving deals and resetting a client’s experience and trust with lenders.
