This is a prime example of that. We been working on this project for a little while now and we have now come to find out that the water line is connected to the neighbors water line and before selling we have to get our own line connected to our own meter. This meter alone cost us $1,395 and we’ll have to run the line ourself. Not to mention that because there’s no sewer we have to have a septic tank installed as well which is another $6k.
