This is important information about your SkyePay & EchoPay Visa® Prepaid Card.
As the situation surrounding COVID-19 continues to evolve, we want to keep you updated with some changes to our Customer Services support.
Out of an abundance of caution and in adherence with guidance provided by local authorities in regards to COVID-19, we are adjusting our customer service hours. Starting March 30, 2020, hours of phone support will be Monday through Friday, 7:30am-6pm MDT. These times may vary as circumstances change. Our responses may be delayed and call wait times may be longer than average.
For additional support for your account, please refer to the cardholder website and automated phone system.
