The City of Shelby, North Carolina - Cleveland County Government Shell Building program has been an important economic catalyst for our community's economic development efforts and has resulted in our partnership being able to successfully recruit high quality companies like Greenheck Group (Shell #1), Ivar's Display (Shell #2), and Steffes (Shell #3).
