A milestone moment in St. Augustine. ☀️ On Wednesday, March 25, Madison Capital Group, Madison Communities and Benco Construction broke ground on Madison Seagrass, a 234-unit multifamily development located at State Road 16 and Kenton Mountain Road, with access to A1A and I-95.

The project reflects a coordinated ex*****on across development, construction and operations, with approximately 40% of units designated in accordance with Florida’s Live Local Act. 🍊
