Howdy, Folks!

Today, we ask for your patience as we're switching to a new phone system.

The good news: We're excited for the possibilities and wonderful features coming that will help us better serve you!

The bad news: We never really know exactly what time our current phone system will stop working, and when our new one will be online. 🤣

We hope that everything will transition seamlessly, but just in case it doesn't here are some other ways to contact us! In this situation, email will get a response the fastest. Business insurance clients should send their emails to our Commercial inbox and personal lines should email our Hello inbox. These inboxes are monitored by multiple members of our team all day every business day (8:30am-5:00pm).

What a weekend! We're so thankful to Progressive for the fantastic hotel accommodations in Colombus and to Liberty Mutual for our Cheesecake Factory dinner. ❤️ One of the benefits of being an independent agency is the ability to bring multiple carriers together for the benefit of our clients. In this case, we partnered with 2 of our carriers to share real world feedback in the current markets. As a result of their hard work, the team was blessed with some time away with loved ones while Danielle and Cody kept the show on schedule back at the office for the rest of the team's Friday travel day.
