Who do I know that can put me in touch with someone in provider relations/network contracting that can help me determine if a specific insurance plan and network is considered in-network at Thomas Hospitals / WVU in So. Chas?

According to the person I spoke with, a local person doesn’t exist, but surely someone can help answer a simple question about a plan we don’t deal with, but are trying to help a friend with facing some problems getting claims paid.
