Officially a Partner with New York Life!

Last Friday, Anna, Jill, and I graduated from the Associate Partner program together and began the next chapter of our careers.

I'm proud of the accomplishment, but I'm even more excited about what comes next.

For me, this role is about people - developing professionals, helping them discover what they're capable of, and giving them the coaching, mentorship, and opportunity to build something meaningful.

I'm grateful for everyone who has invested in me, challenged me, encouraged me, and been part of the journey so far.

And getting to cross this milestone alongside Anna and Jill made it that much better.
