Another ground up project is officially underway in Bluffton, South Carolina!

We’re excited to welcome a new borrower to Coastal Equity Group and support their latest build in the Lowcountry.

Set among native pines, palmettos, and live oaks, the homesite borders preserved wetlands and offers access to community trails, Moreland Forest, and Palmetto Bluff Club amenities.

We’re excited to see this project take shape and look forward to following the build from the ground up.

Huge congratulations to Brad Williams & Alfonso Motagalvan for taking home the title at our Charleston Real Producers Co****le & Connections presented by Coastal Equity Group! 👏

And y’all please be kind to Jackson Leslie of Pillar to Post and Collin Fowler of Saltwater Moving 🐢 and the The Daniel Island Mobile Car Wash crew in the comments. They were VERY reluctant to get in the picture after not taking home the trophy. 😂

As someone who may be a little too competitive myself… I completely understand.
