As part of my successful team, I will assist in developing your business leadership skills, industry and State Farm business acumen, as well as sales and marketing experience. You will build & develop customer relationships within the community to promote State Farm products including auto, home & life insurance.
As part of this opportunity, you will learn from an experienced agent. Work closely as a team, and you will also see what it's like to run a business and help grow an insurance agency.
Responsibilities include :
Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
Establish client relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
Maintain and expand industry knowledge.

My Training Program Includes:
Learning to market property/casualty, life, health and bank products
Setting sales and growth goals
Crafting a detailed business plan and strategy
Working closely with the agent to gain an understanding of the agent’s role and office logistics
Requirements:
Sales experience preferred (outside or inside sales, retail sales, telemarketing)
Entrepreneurial spirit
Enthusiastic about the role insurance & financial products play in helping people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected, and realize their dreams
Excellent interpersonal skills
Excellent communication skills - written, verbal & listening
Self-motivated
Comfortable with computers and technology
Property & Casualty license (must have or be able to obtain)
Life & Health license (must have or be able to obtain)
