During Older Americans Month, we recognize the importance of safe, stable, and affordable housing for older adults in our communities.

Many older Americans want the opportunity to remain in the homes and communities they know and love, yet rising housing costs continue to create challenges. In fact, 44% of older adults say they expect to relocate, with housing affordability being a major factor, while 73% say they support policies that help people age in place.

Housed at the Habitat for Humanity offices at the corner of Court Street and Piedmont Road, CCCS will continue to offer the same services they currently offer at their Parkersburg location, including housing counseling.
