🚨TAKE ACTION: Protect American Beef Production 🚨

Illinois Farm Bureau and Illinois Beef Association are asking you to urge Congress and the White House to protect American beef production.

An additional 660 million pounds of foreign beef is set to enter the U.S. over just 90 days at prices 25% below market value, undercutting producers.

Now is not the time. Farmers need long-term market stability, allowing producers to rebuild the U.S. cattle herd, increase American beef production and ensure consumers have access to a safe, abundant and affordable food supply.

Our annual membership picnic was on Sunday afternoon! Thank you to everyone who came out, enjoyed a meal from Kep’s Catering, and supported the Foundation silent auction!

We tried a lot of new things this year, new location, new day of the week, new time, and new entertainment!

3 lucky farmers got to compete in a cookie cake decorating contest. A round of applause to Alan Metzger, Karl Probst, and John Hurst for putting their decorating skills to the test and participating in the fun!
