I’ve worked with five different lenders over the years and Doug is by far the best. Most of my income comes from distributions I receive from my company, and Doug was able to help me qualify using that payment scale model. He kept me up to speed through the process and if something was wrong, he would seek a solution before he called me. This guy is the real deal. I highly recommend him.
