Do you know how your money is being Taxed? Here’s are the three ways we are Taxed.

1st) Taxed now or as I call is taxed always. You pay taxes on your income put it into a savings account , CD or Mutual Fund. When your Money grows you pay taxes on the growth.

2nd) Taxed later. This is your 401k or IRA. You are allowed to put pre taxed money into the account and allow it to grow. Paying taxes only at the time of withdrawal.

3rd)Tax Free. It’s more like taxed never again. You did pay your income tax on this money but when placed into Roth Or cash value life insurance it is allowed to grow and be withdrawn tax free.

There are only a few ways for your money to grow.

1st) The fixed accounts. Your bank accounts and CD’s. Guaranteed (fixed) normally very low rates of return. 

2nd) Variable accounts. This is the stock market and 401k’s. There is potential for a high rate of return on money but also come risk of loss

3rd) Indexed accounts. These are your Roth IRA’s and LIRP’s. These accounts have the ability to bring market like returns without the risk of loss.
