Our office is always dedicated to serving our customers in any way we can, but for claim-related questions, we encourage you to stop by and visit the Claims Team first. They have the specialized resources and expertise to provide immediate assistance and answer your claim questions on-site.

⚠️ EVENT UPDATE ⚠️

Due to the recent inclement weather and ongoing power outages in our area, we have made the difficult decision to postpone our Dogs With Dad event that was scheduled for today, June 19th.

The safety of our customers, team members, and community comes first, and we want to make sure everyone has the opportunity to fully enjoy the event when conditions improve.

🌭 The event is not canceled—just postponed!
📅 A new date will be announced soon (TBD).

Our team is currently working out of the other State Farm office here in Charleston while we continue navigating the aftermath of the storm. We are doing everything we can to assist our customers as quickly as possible.

We also have a dedicated team from out of town in the area, actively inspecting damage and helping assess homes affected by the tornado and severe weather.

📞 Please know that call volumes are extremely high right now. We are answering phones as quickly as possible and returning voicemails as soon as we can. We truly appreciate your patience and understanding during this busy time.

Our hearts go out to everyone affected by the tornado that touched down in our area. We know many families, businesses, and property owners are dealing with damage, power outages, and uncertainty right now.

At this time, our office is without power, but our team is working remotely and doing everything we can to assist our customers as quickly as possible. We appreciate your patience as call volumes are higher than normal and response times may be delayed.

We do have an emergency response team available at our office if you need to stop by in person.

If your home, vehicle, or property has been damaged by severe weather, take a deep breath and focus on your safety first.

Once it’s safe to do so:
📸 Take photos and videos of any damage.
🧾 Keep receipts for emergency repairs or temporary housing expenses.
🏠 Take reasonable steps to prevent additional damage, such as placing a tarp over a damaged roof if it can be done safely.
📋 Make a list of damaged belongings and affected areas.
